Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy applies to digital services purchased through DreamOcean. By placing an order, you acknowledge the rules below.
Seven (7) day refund window
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful payment for a service, provided that work has not started on your project (see below).
No refund once work has started
No refund is available after we have started work on your engagement. Work is considered started when any of the following occurs (whichever is earliest):
- Your order status moves beyond "Order received" (for example to "In progress" or an equivalent status); or
- We deliver a first milestone, draft, kickoff pack, or substantive project output to you; or
- We hold a scheduled kickoff or discovery session for your project; or
- You approve a written scope or timeline that authorises us to begin execution.
If you are unsure whether work has started, contact support before requesting a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@dreamocean.agency from the address on your account with your order reference and reason. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (licences, paid stock, ad spend, etc.) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
