Digital services only
DreamOcean sells digital services and digital deliverables. We do not ship physical goods. There is no physical shipping address requirement for standard service delivery.
How deliverables reach you
- Client dashboard: files, links, and updates may be shared through your logged-in workspace (for example under orders or chat).
- Email: we may send download links, handover documents, or invitations to review work at the email associated with your account.
- Cloud links: large assets may be provided via reputable cloud storage (for example Google Drive or similar) with access instructions.
Timelines
Estimated delivery windows depend on the service purchased and are described on the service page or in your order confirmation. Timelines assume timely feedback from you unless otherwise agreed.
Digital downloads
Where a deliverable is provided as a file download, you are responsible for storing your own copy. We recommend downloading and backing up assets as soon as you receive them.
