Payments and orders

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency indicated. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of error, fraud suspicion, or abuse.

Intellectual property

Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, ownership of final paid deliverables transfers to you after full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised portfolio excerpts unless you opt out in writing.

Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Karnataka having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
